A Note From Debbie

WOO HOO are you as glad as I am that it is warmer than it has been?  If it will stay this way I will be one happy girl. Just remind me of this when it is really hot outside and I'm complaining! 

I wanted y'all to get a better picture of what really goes on around the BBB.  Steve and Jim are so much fun.  Not that we don't work, because we do.  But they both know how to cut up and have a good time.  It makes working here so much better.  But as well as having fun, I think that we do important work.  Helping consumers when they need help and protecting the reputation of our accredited members.  I think both are so important. 

One day we had a lady that called and wanted us to shut down a business.  I told her that we don't do that.  She was so surprised.  She asked "Well what do you do, then?"  Then we had the sweetest older lady that came in with a complaint.  We worked with her to get this resolved.  I think she must have been pleased with the results because she came back in with some yummy desserts.  I guess this is all in a days work.

All in all we help people who need help.  What could be a better job than that!
