THE TRUST

The Council of Better Business Bureau’s has voted to require mandatory publishing of complaint details on BBB business reviews. All BBB’s have until July 2013 to comply.

The Abilene BBB Board has suggested we start reporting closed complaint detail as of January 1^st 2013.

What this means to you is that a customer’s written complaint and your response and resolution will be available to anyone that looks at your review. You will be able to show your professionalism and responsiveness. Complaints will be sanitized of personally identifying information and foul language but content of the complaint will not be edited.

National surveys indicate this is the most sought information when consumers are looking at reviews.

THE TRUST is issued by Better Business Bureau to its accredited businesses, their employees and subscribers monthly.
